Forever 21

As many girls know, Forever 21 has some great deals on all the latest fashion. Who wouldn't want to splurge on some clothes that are highly affordable. Believe or not, some of their stuff isn't worth you wasting your money on it. I love Forever 21 just as much as the next girl, but I will watch what I buy next time I'm shopping at Forever 21.

So what should you skip on at Forever 21?
Jeans: It's better if you just splurge on a couple good pairs of jeans. Jeans at Forever 21 usually run around $20. Jeans at this price means that the denim is thin, ill-fitting and not made for long-term wear.

Earrings: Yes, they have the cutest earrings and are a steal for no more than $5 a pair. But, they're low quality and even potentially harmful for people with sensitive skin. Earrings are usually rhodium-plated or made from 18k gold-plated brass, but with earrings found at Forever 21 they're coated with a "high polish finish". This can cause severe rashes or even extreme infections.

Dresses: If you layer your dress with some leggings, opaque tights or even a pair of jeans, you're fine. If you don't layer then beware of flashing some panties. Forever 21 is big on the micro-hem, a majority of their dresses mark a 25-in length from shoulder to hem. If you're 5-foot-7-inches tall, this will barely cover your lady parts.

Shoes: Who can pass up peep-toe heels for under $30, walk a block in them and you'll be wishing you had passed them and never looked back.

Not everything at Forever 21 is bad news. Here are some things to pick up.
Trendy Tops: Forever 21 is the perfect place to pick up the latest trends in tops and next season when it's out of style, you won't feel so bad when you toss it in your donation pile.

Sunglasses: Where else can you get several fashionable sunglasses for only $6 each.

Bags: Special occasion bags. This is the perfect place to get a very stylish bag for that dress you're wearing to prom, a wedding, a party or whatever. At under $20 for a bag you'll only use maybe once a year, this isn't a bad deal. Don't forget about their Beach Totes for under $5.

Swimwear: Since most swim suits fade from sun exposure and tend to get snagged or ripped from sitting on concrete, it's best to spend as little as possible on them. How does $20 sound.

Happy Shopping girls
Love,
Jesselle
